DEPOSIT FORM

Using PayPal, a non-refundable $200.00 deposit will hold the puppy you have chosen to adopt until puppy is ready to leave the kennel. The puppy will be held up to 1 week after the date puppy can leave the kennel. If after 1 week we are not contacted by you and puppy has not been picked up or delivered, it will be put back up for adoption and the deposit will remain non-refundable. If some cases, the pup will be held for an X number of days for (gift, birthday, X-Mass, going out of town, or some other discussed events.) We will try to work with you and accommodate within reason.

Please be sure that you are ready for a puppy in your life, before you place your deposit.  Deposits are nonrefundable or nontransferable for another puppy after 24 hrs. Submitting this form is the same as signing the contract.
